A pay monthly website lets you spread the website build across a 12-month term instead of paying the build cost upfront. During that first year, the monthly price includes the website build, hosting, maintenance and practical support.
Once the build term or remaining build balance is paid, you own the completed website and your domain. After that, you can continue with optional ongoing care or arrange handover as appropriate.

Starter is £79 per month for the initial 12-month build term and Growth is £129 per month for the initial 12-month build term. After either build term, optional ongoing care is £39 per month.
This is different from paying upfront. If you prefer to pay for the build immediately, Starter begins at £449 upfront and Growth begins at £699 upfront, with optional care available separately.

Am I renting the website?
No. The monthly option spreads the website build across an initial 12-month term. Once the build term or remaining build balance has been paid, you own the completed website and your domain.
What happens if I cancel early?
If you cancel during the initial 12-month build term, payments already made are not refunded and the remaining unpaid website build balance becomes due. You will not be charged for future care or maintenance after the service ends.
What happens after 12 months?
After the initial build term, you own the completed website and can continue with optional ongoing care at £39 per month for either Starter or Growth.
Can I pay upfront instead?
Yes. Starter website builds can be paid upfront from £449 and Growth website builds from £699. Ongoing care is optional after an upfront build.
What does the monthly price include?
The first-year monthly price includes website design, website development, hosting, maintenance, practical support and the applicable care services for the package.
